1. About this policy
This policy explains how NXT Chapter Education handles refunds, rescheduling, withdrawals and no-shows for programmes booked through nxtchapteredu.com. It covers our Online (Zoom) sessions and our Face-to-Face sessions in Singapore. All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Please read this policy before you book. By completing payment or confirming your place, you agree to these terms.

3. Masterclasses (Promotion)
Our Masterclasses are offered at special promotional prices. For this reason:
- No refunds are given for Masterclass bookings, for both Online (Zoom) and Face-to-Face sessions.
- No rescheduling or withdrawal is available once payment is made.
- Replacement: if you cannot attend, you may send another person in your place. Please email us their full name and email address before the session starts.
4. Full courses
4.1 Online (Zoom) sessions
- No refunds are given for online sessions once payment is made, including for withdrawal or no-show.
- Replacement: you may nominate another person to attend in your place. Please inform us before the session starts.
- Please test your internet connection, device and Zoom set-up before the session. Technical issues on the participant’s side do not qualify for a refund.
4.2 Face-to-Face sessions (Singapore)
Rescheduling
- You may request to move to another available run of the same course.
- An administration fee of S$15.50 applies to each rescheduling request.
Withdrawal
- After the class confirmation email has been sent: no refund will be given.
- Before the class is confirmed, and 10 or more working days before the start date: full refund, less the S$15.50 administration fee.
- Before the class is confirmed, but fewer than 10 working days before the start date: 50% of the fee paid will be refunded.
No-show (absenteeism)
- If you do not attend without prior notice, no refund will be given.
Replacement
- You may send a replacement attendee at no extra charge. Please email us their full name and email address before the course starts.
5. If NXT Chapter cancels or reschedules
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will inform you as early as possible. You may choose to transfer to the new date at no charge, or receive a full refund. No administration fee applies in this case.
6. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 working days.
- Refunds are made in SGD. We are not able to cover currency conversion differences or charges from your bank or card issuer.
- Administration fees are paid to NXT Chapter before the request is processed, or deducted from the refund where applicable.
7. How to make a request
Please send all rescheduling, withdrawal and replacement requests by email to enq@nxtchapteredu.com with:
- Your full name and the email address used for booking
- Your order number
- The course or Masterclass name, session date and format (Online or Face-to-Face)
- The type of request and, for a replacement, the new attendee’s name and email
We will reply within 2 working days. Requests are only valid once confirmed by us in writing.
8. Changes to this policy
NXT Chapter Education may update this policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking will apply.
