These terms apply when you book a masterclass, course or training programme on nxtchapteredu.com, operated by NXT Chapter Education, Singapore (“NXT Chapter”, “we”, “us”). By placing a booking or registering your interest, you agree to these terms.
Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email. Please check that your name and email address are correct, as joining details will be sent to that email.
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. NXT Chapter does not see or store your full card details. Your bank may charge currency conversion or overseas transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
Registering your interest in a full course is not a booking and does not require payment. We will contact you with dates, format and payment details. A place is only confirmed once you accept the course details and complete payment.
We may make reasonable changes to programme content, trainers, timing or venue. If we cancel or reschedule a class, the options in our Refund, Rescheduling and Withdrawal Policy apply.
Masterclasses (Promotion) and Online (Zoom) sessions are non-refundable. For Face-to-Face sessions and full details, please see our Refund, Rescheduling and Withdrawal Policy.
We aim to provide a respectful learning environment. We may remove a participant from a class, without refund, for disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
Classes may not be recorded without our written permission. Course materials are provided for your personal learning only and remain the intellectual property of NXT Chapter Education. They may not be copied, shared or resold.
Where a certificate of participation is offered, it is issued to participants who attend the full session.
Our training is for educational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We use your details to manage your booking and to contact you about your course.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
